Responsibilities & Duties
- We are looking for a talented Pre- Sales Executive to join our team.
- Processing inquiries generated through telesales.
- Coordinating with operation team to ensure the timely response to inquiries.
- Relationship building with clients.
- Should be highly energetic and enthusiastic.
- Responding to queries from clients and give timely support when requested.
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
- Enter and update customer information in the CRM tools
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 2 to 3 year experience in the required field .
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-Motivated & Goal oriented.
- Females are Preferred.
