A project developed with the dream to make it Bangalore’s most extravagant BDA-approved residential layout. Our goal is to develop approximately an eighty to hundred-acre residential layout (developed in phases) close to HSR Layout. Dollar Collony is anticipated to be so big, that we will have to make more than one clubhouse in the layout with extensive landscaped open area including parks. The layout is also expected to feature impressive indoor and outdoor gyms, besides many other unimaginable amenities for fine, modern living.
The first step to making this dream a reality began with the development of over six and a half acres. We have left no stone unturned in making this a reality.
