Our dream is to make it Bangalore’s most extravagant BDA-approved residential layout. With a goal to develop approximately a eighty to a hundred-acre residential layout (developed in phases) close to HSR Layout. Dollar Collony is anticipated to be so big, that we will have to make more than one clubhouse in the layout with extensive landscaped open area including parks. The layout is also expected to feature impressive indoor and outdoor gyms, besides many other imaginable amenity for fine, modern living. The first step to making this dream a reality began with the development of over six and a half acres. We have left no stone unturned in making this a reality. With BDA plan approvals this part of the project features a clubhouse, swimming pool, landscaped areas, cafe, kids play area and many more amenities making this an entity by itself. A small but important and integral part of the larger dream.
